We share a passion for technology and traded markets, with a combined 25+yrs of experience hiring for our Hedge Fund, Prop Trading & Crypto clients.
We have in place processes, training, and communication channels to make sure we’re at the forefront of the talent market, engaging top traders, researchers & engineers to support hiring into startups, scale-ups & renowned systematic trading firms we work with.

You'll work with some truly fascinating companies and some of the smartest people in the financial and technology industries, and have access to senior contacts, working with CEOs, COOs, and CIOs to understand their hiring challenges and solve their people problems.

You’ll get out what you put in… our average fee size is £90k for 2022 (typically negotiating financial packages around £350-400k, and in some cases over £1m, for candidates), so with the right mindset, approach and focus, we can offer you a highly lucrative reward package for the work you do here.
There’s no ‘client ownership’ here - Everyone has access to the multitude of client mandates that we are working at any time. We’re focused on building incredibly strong relationships with top talent in the market, and introducing them to opportunities when they are looking, so if you’re a strong relationship manager who enjoys the ‘candidate-side’ of recruitment, we can offer you a great platform to deliver.
